WinDoor files breach complaint against vendor

WinDoor Company has filed a breach of contract complaint against CEK Improvements and its owner, alleging they failed to pay for goods provided to them.

Represented by Williams, Caponi, Foley and Eckert, WinDoor claims it provided materials and services to CEK and its owner, Ed Kupinski, but both have failed to pay for them.

"That there is due and owing WinDoor Company, Inc., after all credits and setoffs due Defendant, the sum of $84,412.59," the suit filed Oct. 31 in St. Clair County Circuit Court states.

In addition to the balance due, the company is seeking interest, attorney's fees and costs.

St. Clair County Circuit Court case number: 08-L-559.
