Moser & Marsalek elects Timothy Muehleisen as principal

The law firm of Moser and Marsalek, P.C. elected Timothy Muehleisen as a principal, effective Jan. 1.

Muehleisen, an attorney with Moser & Marsalek since 2002, devotes his practice to civil litigation including, but not limited to, construction disputes, toxic torts, products liability, labor disputes, premises liability actions and automobile accidents.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is a Certified Player Representative/Agent for the National Football League. Muehleisen is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.

Muehleisen holds a bachelor's degree from University of Missouri at Columbia. He received a Juris Doctoris from University of Missouri at Kansas City.
